What Leak Fix Pros is

Leak Fix Pros is a referral service. When you call, we connect you with an independent leak detection or related provider. We are not a plumber, leak detection company, pool company or contractor. We do not employ technicians, visit properties, perform repairs, or set prices.

Independent providers

• Providers are separate businesses. They are solely responsible for their work, prices, scheduling, licenses, insurance, permits and guarantees.
• Any agreement to hire a provider is between you and that provider. Leak Fix Pros is not a party to it.
• We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, that they can serve your address, or that they will quote a particular price or finish by a particular time.
• You are not obligated to hire any provider we connect you with.

Check before you hire

In California, repair work generally requires a licensed contractor. You can check a license number at cslb.ca.gov. Please ask any provider for their license details, a written scope of work and price, and any guarantee in writing before you agree to work. We recommend this for every provider, including those we refer.

Information on this website

The pages on this site are general information about leak detection. They are not engineering, plumbing, insurance or legal advice. Every property is different, and a provider who inspects yours is the right source for a diagnosis. We try to keep the content accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or current.

Emergencies

This service is for water leaks only. If you smell gas, leave the building, then call SoCalGas at 1-800-427-2200 and 911. For flooding, electrical danger or any risk to life or safety, call 911. Do not wait for a callback from us or a provider.

Calls

Calls may be recorded or monitored, as described in our privacy policy. By calling and continuing the conversation, you agree to this.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, try to interfere with it, or copy it in bulk. The text, design and images on this site belong to Leak Fix Pros or are used with permission. Some images are illustrations and are labeled as such. They do not show our own staff or work.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The website and the referral service are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Leak Fix Pros is not liable for the acts, omissions, work or pricing of any independent provider, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under California law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Courts in Los Angeles County, California, will handle disputes, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
